Someone please straighten me out on this; I can't remember specifics and could be wrong.
The question is, Does Andy have jurisdiction in M.t Pilot. I assumed he didn't, but didn't Barney lure him there once to meet the fun girls by telling him there might be some illegal activity going on at a restaurant where they met? I can't remember the illegal activity, perhaps it was illegal alcohol or something.
Am I off my rocker, or did Barney say that in the episode. Even if Andy had jurisdiction there in that episode, is it one of those things where it's forgotten in other episodes? Thanks.
