I always try to be the first to guess the name of the episode as soon as possible after the show starts.

So lets put in pictures of "Opening Scenes" of episodes and see who can guess the name of the episode the quickest.

Later on, we'll put in mid-episode scenes and then epilogue scenes.  Here are two to get you started.

Is that "A Date for Gomer"?  Seems like those four might be discussing the dance...

Sorry Thelscuz, try again.

 The Fun Girls episode?

It looks the opening scene to "The Fun Girls."

Close enough Larry, this is "The Arrest of the Fun Girls"

A date for Goober.

"It means native of Lydia.  But that's not where I'm from.  I'm from Greensboro."

Six CAN'T play Bridge goober!!!

You have the right idea Dud - it was "Goober and the Art of Love". That Lydia can sure talk up - that is her favorite thing to do.

Here's another opening scene, from what episode?

I will guess this is the Season 1 episode where Barney is left in charge and puts everybody in jail. This could be where Judd and Floyd are talking about how foolish Barney was? "Andy Saves Barney''s Morale".

Im going to say that this scene with Judd, Floyd and Andy is from the episode, "Three Wishes for Opie." I think this is as Floyd is humming the wedding march and right before Helen storms past them! All because of Barney predicting that A and H were getting married. (Barney got it from Count Istvan Telecky.
