There hasn't been a response to "obscure character" Bardoli, so I'll just say he was the house detective in Raleigh, when Andy and Barney visited the big city. He was played by Allan Melvin. I want to say that Melvin may have played the most IDENTIFIABLY different characters on TAGS. Can anyone think of another actor who played more?

Okay, I guess the Allan Melvin angle has more or less been done already. Has there been a discussion of actors who played multiple roles, like Melvin and Josie Lloyd?

Amzie Strickland played:  Miss Rosemary, Mrs. Lila Simms, Veralene Smith, (Otis' sister-in-law) and Myra Tucker.
