Let's see Briscoe
I think 1 of my favorite lines was in the episode"The Darlings Are Coming"
Just give me a bed n'a bible.

Another was when they all came for dinner and Briscoe tried to court Aunt Bee. All of a sudden M-E-A-T- B-R-E-A-D.

Oh get this in Mountain Wedding. Ol' Barn in the wedding dress runnin from Earnest-T

Great stuff
Anyway feel free to comment folks. What were your favorite Briscoe lines. Thanks Chris

"I'm Briscoe Darling- feller of trees, tiller of soil."

Perhaps Brisco said the most to Aunt Bee in just the look he gave her!

" Well, then we'll just write to that Europe and bring in an outta towner."

You don't believe I can get banjo sounds out of this jug?

"More power to ya"

pearly onions twang my buds

"Well, then we'll just write to that Europe and bring in an outta towner."

"I thought about killing him, but I kind of hated to go that far."

Briscoe, about Aunt Bee:  "I ain't about to be beat to death with no spoon."

Three cuts of pie is my high water mark.

"Ain't a horse in sight, but if one comes along I'll give him the right-away"

"You better travel by daylight it gets a kinda rough after you cross the  Robert E. Lee natural bridge:"
