Let's see Briscoe
I think 1 of my favorite lines was in the episode"The Darlings Are Coming"
Just give me a bed n'a bible.

Another was when they all came for dinner and Briscoe tried to court Aunt Bee. All of a sudden M-E-A-T- B-R-E-A-D.

Oh get this in Mountain Wedding. Ol' Barn in the wedding dress runnin from Earnest-T

Great stuff
Anyway feel free to comment folks. What were your favorite Briscoe lines. Thanks Chris

Barney....Adios, amigo

Briscoe....Is he one of ours?

When they pulled their pick up truck into town and it was overheating by the horse trough; " She's usually good for eleven hat-fulls."

I tell ya,  anything Briscoe says is worth quoting.

when Andy was helping him put on his tie.

Ever since I saw a hangin', I been nervous 'bout wearin' one 'a these things!

"Ernest T. Bass!" (Answers: "In person!)

"You're a low-down pesky buzzard......doggone ya!"

"Eatin' speaks louder than words."

I think Andy told him to say that!

Then again - it's a very famous sayin'.
