Any of the black and white episodes would be great. But if you want one episode I'd either go with The Education of Ernest T. Bass, The Loaded Goat, or Pickles.

Permalink Reply by Chris Boatman on July 11, 2012 at 4:13pm The first episode(The New Housekeeper) IMO is a great one to watch over and over again. To me, it was one of the best introductions of a new show ever. The acting was great and the writing was spot on. I laughed at every single episode of TAGS, however this one I always seem to laugh the most. The scene where Opie, Andy and Aunt Bee are fishing is one of my all time favorites. Oh, and the ending melts my heart every time.
Permalink Reply by Sandra Sils on July 11, 2012 at 7:48pm Well, I'll put my $.02 worth in on this one, I'm partial to Aunt Bee the Warden & the Merchant of Mayberry (I think that's what it's called, it's the one where Andy & Barney sing "Spread a Little Sunshine). Of course if you can find it, you might enjoy watching the pilot episode for TAGS that was part of The Danny Thomas Show or Make Room for Daddy (can't recollect which one, at the moment). But, I'm sure whichever episode you choose to watch will be just right, because you can't go wrong with TAGS. :)
