Every city has its “Municipal Codes” and Mayberry is no exception. Over the years, we have been exposed to many. I thought it would be beneficial to make a list of them, thus when Mayberry becomes our “hometown” we will not be ticketed. I will start,
Municipal Code 113—Parking next to a hydrant. Barney tells Andy they can't get Col. Harvey on a 113. Andy replies, "What is a 113" Barney answers, "Parking next to a hydrant."
Your turn.

A 912 - Insulting an officer's intelligence. Unless, of course, the person is just kidd'in.
Citizens arrest, citizens arrest, citizens arrest!
I thought of another. Not really and actual code but it sounded good.
Barney told the County Nurse that Andy was out on 612. When ask what that was, he told her it was two threes and two sixes.
What is one doing if ticketed for Municipal Code 907. Even the clerk at the hotel knows this one.
Code 907---Dipping a hat in the horse trough. Brisco Darling did it his first time in Mayberry.
This is no fun, answering my own questions.
What is Code 317, (hint: same episode)
Code 317 would be the "occupancy of private property without permission"
If you see any horses, give them the right of way, because the trough is for horses only.
I think maybe I'll just sit back on this one and watch yall 'Glen Ford' it all over town.
We also have city statute 249 A, paragraph 5 which "prohibits riding bicycles on the downtown sidewalks".
Do Ordinances count? Let's don't forget The Green River Ordinance. Barney violated that one--bigtime!
"What is the Green River Ordinance?" O'yeah, Roger better go bring him in for violating the Green River Ordinance.
That is "Section Roman Numeral V"
