Let's see if folks are willing to try some fantasy. Here's the scenario...all of us enter one of those horse racing cooperatives and agree to buy a well-bred thoroughbred as a group. As luck would have it, the horse is very good and ends up in the Kentucky Derby! Since the horse needed a name early on, we all agreed to name it with a connection to Mayberry,and held a naming contest amongst ourselves. Here's the question...what would you like to see as the horse's name? Details....the name must be no more than 18 SPACES long and no numbers are allowed. I'd submit Checkpoint Chickie for sure and maybe Fife The Fearless and Beasto Mareasto. Wanna play?
