This may have been discussed before.  If so, I missed it.

Gilly Walker owns a car that Goober puts in the Courthouse.  Does anyone know what kind of car it is?

Also, it that same ep.  Andy returns to town, sees the car, tell Goober to get it out while he goes over to Miss Corey’s house.  Andy has a suit and tie on when he goes to Miss Corey’s house and his uniform when he returns.  Does Andy store a uniform at Miss Corey’s and is Helen aware of that?

On the car here is the info for that:

This site has all the cars used on the show, click on The Andy Griffith Show just above the car, really a great site!

Thank you,  I was thinking Rambler, just not sure.

Shorty, you made me laugh so hard that I just about bounced my laptop onto the floor!

Funny...But they seemd to have a uniform to fit everybody and pulled them out of nowhere...haha.  for instance:

Bob Rodgers

Otis

Jerry Van Dyke

Gomer

Never thought of that. Oddly, it seemed like Andy and Barn only had one each. And they must have kept Fred Goss busy, since they almost always looked neat enough to go to Sunday School.

And didn't Barney say one time that he had his uniform made and paid for it himself?  Seems like it was one of the times he was resigning.  Or maybe in the one about the physical--where Andy and Aunt Bee have to stretch him and fatten him.

It was the uniform they gave to Ernest T so he could catch a woman.  Barney had it special made.
