Larry Grainger replied to ColHarV's discussion WHO said that?
"That would be a double answer. First Mr. Harmon said it and then, in his typical style, the fat little mayor - Mayor Pike- echoed the sentiment.  The episode was Mayberry Goes Hollywood. "

"The part when she is telling the story, the echo is definitely intentional.  When the scene returns back to the car, the echo there has to be unintentional.  After a line from each one, the echo goes away."

Larry:  How did the show go at Green Hill church?  I'm sorry we couldn't come.  My husband hasn't been even as well as usual.  But he got a defibrillator installed this past Wednesday so maybe that will perk him up!

Hope all goes well with ya'll.  Have you been to El Rey lately?  There's a new church "New Tribe"?? in one of the spaces down below them.  I think El Rey is getting a lot of "after-church" trade from them.  Our church schedule has changed so we get to El Rey about 11:00 a.m.  We may be missing ya'll.  In any case, Gomer says "Hey."

Yes, I did get the information.  Just to be sure--it will be at what used to be Green Hill (Baptist) Church.  Right?  I'm sure you know that Victory came out of that church nearly twenty years ago.  Apropos of nothing....

We'll be there--looking forward to it.  Thanks for letting us know.

Thank you again for the joke book!   I've already found several I can use.
