I'm a retired high school English teacher. Love to read--mostly "histories and mysteries".
I collect quilts. Am the world's greatest Ray Charles fan. Love me some TAGS--the early years, mostly. Not many of the color episodes feel right.
What sort of hobbies or interests do you have?
Reading, collecting quilts and quilt-related items, playing with grandchildren and great-grandchildren, watching TAGS.

You are so right about the "Englishers"--Maybe we like to transport ourselves to those special places only great literature (or t.v. scripts) can take us.  I heard a rumor they went and did some episodes in color--that rumor needs to be nipped!
