Frances Bavier Interview: Discussing Her Lengthy Career And Her Feelings About Her Most Famous Role?

Frances Bavier: 1902-1989
As I did my research on Frances Bavier I wanted to know more about her life. Well I was watching a YouTube clip of her doing an interview. She was discussing some of the highs and lows of her decades long career in Hollywood as well as her dislike of Andy Griffith and her struggle to remain a well known actress all the while playing Aunt Bee on T.V.

1. I had no idea and was somewhat surprised by the fact that she and Andy didn't get along rarely speaking to 1 another.

2. She had a decades long career often playing a variety of dramatic roles from mostly westerns to theatrical types. Where did she get that accent.

3. In Mayberry 1960-1968 and Mayberry R.F.D 1968 to 1971
She excelled in her most famous role as Aunt Bee. I've often heard that she was somewhat of a recluse in private rarely doing interviews or making public appearances.
I heard she and Andy made up before her death in 1989.
This was the only interview that I could find on her but I'm still looking. This information is only a small part of my search. But feel free to comment Mayberryland.
