i was somewhat shocked at some of the things I am reading in the new book about Andy and Don.

Has anyone read the book and what did you  think?

I read the book a while back.  I would just say, it is just like finding your roots.   Sometimes when you search your family tree, you find things that you are not so proud of.  Likewise, this book seems to be well researched and was produced by Don Knott's brother in law.  I think it reflects the real life of both men.  We just have to accept they were real people and not perfect, and certainly not the characters they played.  It has not changed in any way the love I have for the show or those characters who made it.  These two guys were friends to the end and left us with the greatest TV show ever produced.
