I've been a TAGS fan most all my life (I'm 55) but am new to all this online stuff. I guess I'm like a lot of people who felt a personal loss this week and are looking to reconnect with a treasured part of their past. Anyway, it appears you are the man making most of this work and I want you to know that a newcomer to town appreciates the time, effort, and expertise you bring to Mayberry.
Thanks again for doing a wonderful job as host and tribute artist!...I know my questions have been asked before, but why did the first year of TAGS have the window covered at the studio on the courthouse set...didn't they think we would notice...
I just love Otis..all I have read about him has been very favorable..even the wonderful part on Focus on the Family! I hope he knew the Lord as his Savior...Someday I will get to Mayberry Days.
Floyd, I forgot to add last night when we all were in your shop, KJ the Cub reporter for iMayberry Community was giving us a LIVE feed from Mt. Airy. How cool was that! I'm sure she will fill us all in on Monday...Oh....by the way augh, we kinda broke a bottle of your aftershave. Hope it was'nt that expensive stuff from Mt. Pilot. Goober-Fife....
A bunch of us got together and chatted in the shop, Barney forgot to give the knob a shake so we all came in anyhow.Hope your not mad! We all acted like somebody. Tom jumped in and brought us up to speed on his event...

Hey Allan, I am considering doing the Mayberry Bible Study for my Sunday School Class. How can I get the series. Is it a book or DVD's or can I use my own DVD's. Can you give me some info on this. I teach the Deaf people at our church and thought maybe this would be a good series. Thanks for your help. Kathy Jo
Floyd, can you fit me in for a trim at the barbershop tommorow at say 2:20. And NO TAUNTIC, IF I DONT ASK FOR ANY BECAUSE I AIN'T PAYING THE EXTRA QUARTER FOR SOMETHING I DID'NT WANT!!
Theres one problem with your iMayberry Community Chat. You never know who/when someone's gonna be on chat/online to chat. Several time I am online and no ones online to chat with or there online but do not chat with me. Or they set it as their homepage, but they are doing something else so they dont know your chatiing with them.
Thanks Floyd. I'm enjoying myself here in Mayberry! I thought it was a donkey in the picture but now that I look at it a bit closer, I see that it is a horse....guess I need to put my glasses on while at the computer. :)
Hi Floyd, really enjoyed watching the clip from 1966 with Andy and Barney, Never saw it before. I am enjoying the site although I don't see much discussion going on, maybe I don't know where to look. Thanks

Today I was watching a rerun of THE GOLDEN GIRLS where Stan, Dorothy's sleazy ex., announces that he's going to marry again. A much younger…"
"I'm a little late here, but I'm glad you're better. Don't be afraid to try that Peterson kid when you aren't getting anywhere with the doctor. He's a whiz at removing tonsils anyway."
I'm not sure this is anything new, but I think I just saw Nice Dress Nellie near the end of the 1969 Bewitched episode "Samantha Twitches for UNICEF." Here are a couple of pictures, where I think she may be way in back on the left (looking kind of…See More
"I think I saw Ellie's station wagon (that was parked by the fire hydrant in front of Emma's house) splash a puddle all over Peggy MacMillan later on. I couldn't see the driver, but I'm sure it was an accident anyway!"
