Whoops, sorry Bobby....they moved you to page ten and I didn’t see your answer before my hint.  Yes, it’s Checkpoint Chickie.  For you youngsters out there, Checkpoint Charlie was one of the few access points between East and West Berlin during the Cold War.  It was a code name (and perfect for Barney’s spin, I believe).

Hint: I always assumed this place name was adapted from Cold War Berlin

Edgar J. Masters could tell ya.  He needed that extra five miles per hour to help get up Turner's Grade.

Here’s a short one:

SCOUR A RAT

Here's a hint

This one’s been preying on my mind.  With the hint, I’d have to think it could help me get a free gumball?

Yessir Bernie. That’s it.   David Browne-  with an ‘e’ made gully wobblers and he figured  it was his duty to go after fish instead of trimming hedges and he could also control a gumball machine by saying the magic word.

Tuscarora!

Good one Franklin! These strange words confound the anagram-cheaters among us.

HEH HE TIN FOILS

Is there any whistling involved with this one?
