Who's the lady?

I recently discovered the mystery man often seen walking through the scene was Tom Jacobs the brother of Danny Thomas. My new quest is to find out who the lady is  that often is seen accompanying  Tom Jacobs, sometimes arm and arm as if they are married or at least a couple. She has dark hair, appears to be in her early to mid forties and always has a pleasant smile.  Anyone know who she might be?  See More

"Mine too Mrs. Mendlebright. I really wish they would have expanded Thelma Lou's roll in the show, she was such a doll. Happy Birthday Betty Lynn.  "
