What would be some fun and silly theme songs for the Andy Griffith Show other than the orginal? Let's have a bit of fun 
1. Looney Tunes theme song (sure would fit Eartnest T. Bass when Barney is after him)
2. Popeye theme song (just for the fun of it)
3. Twi-Light Zone theme song (just because there was only one Christmas episode--does Mayberry rotate the same day over and over...welcome to the Twi-Light Zone)
4. You're A Mean One Mr. Grinch (just because Andy lost his sense of fun when Helen Crump arrived on the scene. Bah!)
5. Bonanza theme song (can you imagine Barney riding into Mayberry on a horse)
6. The Wonder Years theme song (hey, everybody needs a little help from their friends, especially poor Barney)
7. Adam-12 theme (just because Barney likes the serious stuff, poor guy)
8. Jetsons theme song (hey, Mayberry can be futuristic)
9. Flintones theme song (okay, so Mayberry can't be furturistic)
10. I saved the best for last: CHiPs (hey with Ponch and John on the scene, Barney could take a day off and get in some real call time with Juanita at the diner--and a black eye from Thelma Lou)
Now imagine all these different theme songs playing with Andy walking down the dirt road with Opie. Maybe we should stick to the 'Fishin Hole'
