Does anyone recall the episode where Barney is going into Floyd's and sees the clock sign on the door that says, "Back at...", but there are no hands on the clock?

Oh yeah maybe I think it was "Jailbreak" When barney had Floyd's dog? Not sure though let me know if Im right?
I don't recall the episode but I think Andy mentioned that Floyd takes a 2 hour lunch when talking about that. I could be thinking of a different episode but I seem to remember that.
