Could This Be Schwamp, in 1936?

A possible, and much younger, Schwamp appearance... on the right as an audience extra in THE CHOKE'S ON YOU (1936), a Vitaphone "Joe Palooka" short subject starring Robert Norton ('Palooka') and Shemp Howard ('Knobby').  Check how he's sitting, holding/crossing his hands in his lap, a toupee (?), the beginning of jowly cheeks...

What do the rest of you think?

In the ongoing mystery of "who was Schwamp," the Vitaphone Studios were in the Astoria section of Brooklyn-Queens NYC.  If this is Schwamp, he was East Coast based in the mid-1930s.
