"Here! Here!
That's just something you say at meetings when you like something somebody says!"
I agree with you Colonel Harvey. This is a place that brings a lot of enjoyment, fun, and laughs.
I add my thanks to Allan, Colonel Harvey, and everyone involved.
Now strike up the Mayberry Band!

Thank you Colonel.

It's been just over 4 years since the site was created and I picked January 4th as the birthday because it's when we began to open up the invites to our community.  We'd been testing things for a week or so with the member of the "Who's Been Messin' Up the Bulletin Board?" Chapter members of The Andy Griffith Show Rerun Watchers Club and this community looked like a great way to have Mayberry fans be able to visit with one another.

I'm glad that since then the iMayberry Community has grown to a population of 872 citizens.

I very much want to thank Colonel Harvey for all that he has done to make this community what it has become.  I may have started it originally but he has been the heart of the community for quite some time.

Thank you all for making our community a fun and safe place to visit.

--Floyd

Thanks Floyd.  It's such a fun place to be.

AND...SINCE WE AE THE FRIENDLY TOWN, invite your Mayberry friends to join the iMayberry Community.  There's an "Friends-Invite" link at the top right hand side of this page you can use...or...just send them the web page address to the community.  Let's see if we can get 1,000 quality Mayberry citizens this year.  We are at 873 as of this post.

Feel free to copy and paste the invite I use to your friends.  See below:

Hey Fellow Mayberry Fans,

I have been a member of a GREAT Mayberry site for quite some time, and I want you to join me.  Its FREE, doesn't send unwanted emails and is just safe, clean fun!  If you are into Trivia, have questions, or just "have a bucket on your head" like Gomer and you've been thinking about something to ask or say for a while...well this is the place for you.  Sign up is easy, and asks you a couple of Mayberry related questions.  Its protected from spammers, so you have to be approved based on your sign up responses. (That keeps Newton Monroe from peddling his junk in the iCommunity without a License).

Email me back after you sign up. Looking forward to seeing you on the site.

"Thanks and Happy Motoring."
