I noticed that there was never any snow in any of the episodes--even the Christmas Episode. Barney is wearing a coat and even Ellie rubs her arms together to keep warm while Andy confronts Ben about taking a wooden bench that sits out in front of the court house--but no snow.
I realize the set was in Claifornia, but the town of Mayberry is in North Carolina, and it does snow there. Eanest T. Bass lives up in the mountains, and it sure does get cold up in them there mountains in the winter and it snows.
Just a fun fact.
I guess the producers didn't want to bring out a snow machine :-) Of course, they could have sprinkled fake snow over the courthouse windows :-)
Oh, Mayberry, where is your snow. But on the bright side, you never saw any plows in Mayberry either, so maybe it was better that the snow stayed away.
If there is an episode that has snow in that I missed please tell me. I would like to know and watch it.
