Barney was also practicing judo in the episode with the Boone’s. “Andy the Marriage Counselor.”
In County Nurse he was practicing and dang near broke his hand trying to chop the wooden railing by the desk in the courthouse.
Goober and Ike Gordon were on the receiving end.
Barney's Uniform is the only one I can think of. Otherwise, it seemed that he preferred fists, such as in when he wanted to fight Gomer or big Jeff Pruit.
