I'm 67 years old have been watching the series from the night the pilot aired on the Danny Thomas Show. I've just bought all the DVD's coming out on July 14th. I have spent the night in Andys childhood home and enjoyed every minute of it, I live 40 miles from Mt Airy, I've been to all of the Mayberry days celebrations in Mt Airy. Needless to say, I love the show. And i refuse to watch seasons 6-8 in color I turn the color down to B&W when they come on.
